     Celebrity Cruises offers guests a varied selection of enticing dishes made with the freshest ingredients, such as broiled lobster tails and swan puffs with chocolate sauce.

     Carnival Cruise Lines provides a relaxed dining atmosphere on all of their ships at seaview bistros, or 24-hour pizzerias for more casual dining. Children's menus include such favorites as hot dogs, hamburgers and french fries.

     Royal Caribbean International provides low fat dishes for the health-conscious guest and also offers several beverage programs-fine wines for adults and soft drinks for children.

     Norwegian Cruise Line provides savory meals prepared by some of Europe's finest chefs including baked crabmeat cakes, risotto Milanese-and don't miss the chocoholic buffet.
